Snow Retreat’s helpful guide to La Tania, Courchevel and Three Valley Lift passes..

Opening dates

Courchevel ski lifts will open on Friday 6th December 2024 to coincide with the Spanish holiday season, with La Tania opening on Saturday 7th December, giving two weeks of skiing before the UK main school holidays.

The Saulire cable car will be back operating and open from the 6th December after a three year closure. This is great news for walkers and skiers alike as it returns the pedestrian link over to Meribel allowing non skiers the chance to enjoy the stunning panoramic views also.

2024 – 2025 Three Valleys and Courchevel main season Lift Pass prices

All change!! In a much needed effort to simplify lift pass pricing, Societe des Trois Vallees, the lift pass company, has made some quite significant changes to the lift pass categories. With the main winners being families.

The child pass now encompasses kids up to 18 years old from the previous 13 years limit and has been renamed the Junior pass.

Family passes have added FLEXibility and are now available to families of 3 with just one adult. Great for those single parent families or families with just one of the adults skiing.

For the coming season the Tribu / group pass has been discontinued. This is likely to add about 20 euros per person for adults in groups.

Sadly, discounted senior passes for over 65’s and free Three Valleys passes for over 75’s are a thing of the past. Societe des Trois Vallees has confirmed that only single valley passes for Courchevel and Meribel will be free for over 75’s.

As in previous years, it is possible to buy a Three Valleys day extension if you have a Courchevel pass but in general, if you think you might do this, then buying the full Three Valleys 6day pass is better value.

Early and Late season

Discounted prices for early and late season. Those early season weeks could be a great time to ski..

All prices are correct at time of writing. The lift pass company, Societe des Trois Vallees, has the right to change them.
